Flavours of Apulia, Crafted Just for You

At Masseria Villa Gioia, food is not just a pleasure—it’s a ritual that celebrates the land, the seasons, and time spent together. Through curated culinary experiences, we invite you to explore the richness of local tradition in a way that is immersive, genuine, and unforgettable.

🍝 Cooking Class – (ingredients included)

Step into the heart of Apulian culinary tradition with an authentic cooking class held either in our rustic kitchen or outdoors under the olive trees. Led by our trusted local chef, this hands-on experience will guide you through the preparation of classic regional recipes—from handmade orecchiette to fresh seasonal vegetables, focaccia, and traditional desserts.

All ingredients are selected daily and often picked directly from the estate’s vegetable garden and orchard, ensuring freshness and flavour. You’ll not only learn time-honoured techniques but also discover the stories and gestures that define southern Italian cooking.

Once the dishes are ready, you’ll sit down for a relaxed meal to enjoy the fruits of your labour, accompanied by a glass of local wine. It’s more than a class—it’s a moment of joy and connection, perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.
