Opening onto the the impressive front garden and a large terrace, guests can step outside and enjoy the panoramic countryside views, taking in the scent of blooming flowers and fresh morning breezes. The external private bathroom, located nearby, ensures a comfortable stay. This room is ideal for small families or groups of friends who want to enjoy both shared moments and privacy.
The Villa is rented entirely for few days, a week or longer periods of vacation. For this reason it will be delivered perfectly clean and equipped with all the necessary linen. For longer rentals, a cleaning service and a change of linen can be requested at an extra cost to the villa housekeeper.

We spent 2 weeks at villa gioia - what can i say other than it was amazing! Giuseppe, Luisa and Massimo were so responsive to any request, and as we were a large group, there were a lot of them and not always (never) easy to coordinate. The villa itself is stunning while retaining its italian charm. The pool and surrounding seating area was perfect for the kids (and their parents) who enjoyed many many hours there. The grounds (and sunsets!) are unbelievably beautiful and serene. They have a vegetable garden with delicious tomatoes and cucumbers and melons. The villa is very close to a beautiful, quaint village called trani and we took day trips to many other villages and cities such as monopoli, polignano, alberobello, bari etc. It was a dream vacation, made especially so because of the hosts willingness to help and i really hope we get a chance to visit again soon. We were in town for a friends wedding in Trani, a group of 18 adults & 4 children. The villa was perfect, lots of space for the group, the pool area is lovely for relaxing during the day and a short drive to the surrounding towns. The manager Luisa is very friendly and helpful.
We celebrated a joint 50th birthday with a weekend with 14 friends at this masseria. It was incredible. a stunning old house with bags of space for socialising and quietly disappearing into. A well equipped kitchen for self-catering and we also used the house caterers for a couple of meals who were excellent. When we arrived Luisa took us on a tour around her favourite local bakers, greengrocer and cheese shop. She even let us use her discount card at the cash and carry for wine and groceries. The pool area was ideal for chilling by during the day. Highly recommended.
We had our wedding at the location and it was a great experience. Beautiful place, helpful and friendly hosts! They helped us before and after our wedding date and facilitated so many things for us. Kind and lovely people. The Villa was gorgeous and everything was according to their announcement. Highly recommend!

The villa is exquisite, extremely well-maintained and functional. The location is perfect for traveling around Puglia, but we found the villa so lovely that we didn't want to leave it most of the days. Luisa, the host, is amazing - responsive and attuned to our needs, from recommendations of what to do and where to eat, to help with anything we needed in the villa.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Gioia. A unique and charming destination and way to spend the holidays — the villa is equipped with all the amenities including a vast backyard area with swimming pool and covered terrace. The host Luisa was very helpful, always on hand for anything we might need, and able to book local activities and events. We had a fantastic day out on boat and a great private chef catered one evening. This historic residence immersed in the green of the Apulian countryside is close to Corato with typical shops and restaurants, and well situated for further afield adventures. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend to large groups.

Now, this is a place with real character! Lots of intriguing historical pieces throughout the villa. Big bedrooms, huge communal areas, a good amount of bathrooms and a fantastic pool space. The kitchen has 2 large fridges and is suitable for cooking up a storm! There were 14 of us and we had everything we needed. The housekeeper (Maria) went above and beyond to help us. Outstanding communication from booking to last day our stay. Definitely need a car to make the most of your trip as there isn’t anything within walking distance. Grazie Mille!

In Villa Gioia you are able to travel back in time. 200 years of history in a very authentique environment. Enjoy a very relaxing time in a small but also in bigger groups. And the surroundings offer a vaste choice of wonderful places to visit: from Matera to Alberobello, Trani, Polignano, Monopoli, wonderful beaches and probably the best food in Italy. Ask your host to organise a visit of the Torrevento vinery.

The villa is outstanding. its worth just to stay there and enjoy this historical place. Rosanna, the host was very helpful and super responsive. Villa is very close to the beaches, Alborobello and Matera- both places worth to visit.
